NLP Practitioner | Bereavement Counsellor | Keynote Speaker | British Army Veteran

Life can be challenging.

Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, low confidence, grief, trauma, life changes, or simply feeling stuck, there are times when we all need support, guidance, and a fresh perspective.

My name is Trevor Bygate and my mission is simple:

To help people overcome adversity, build resilience, and become the best version of themselves.

I believe that no matter what has happened in your life, positive change is possible.

Why Work With Me?

I do not simply teach resilience.

I have lived it.

My own journey has included bereavement, trauma, mental health challenges, military medical discharge, and the long process of rebuilding life after adversity.

I understand what it feels like to struggle.

I understand what it feels like to lose direction.

Most importantly, I understand what it feels like to recover, grow, and discover a renewed sense of purpose.

Everything I have learned through my own experiences, professional training, and years of supporting others now forms the foundation of how I help people today.

I offer a safe, supportive, and non judgemental environment where you can explore challenges, overcome barriers, and move forward with confidence.

How NLP Can Help

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, language, and behaviours influence their lives.

Together we can work on:

• Building confidence and self belief

• Managing stress and anxiety

• Developing resilience and emotional wellbeing

• Overcoming limiting beliefs

• Improving motivation and focus

• Personal and professional development

• Leadership and performance

• Behaviour and habit change

• Managing negative emotions

• Life transitions and change

• Goal setting and achievement

• Developing a positive and empowering mindset

Every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

My Philosophy

I believe that our experiences do not define us.

Our response to them does.

Every setback contains an opportunity for growth.

Every challenge offers an opportunity to learn.

Every difficult chapter can become the beginning of a new one.

That is why I believe so strongly in resilience, hope, and the power of positive change.

Your circumstances may shape your story, but they do not have to write your ending.
