Stronger Together Supporting Parents Protecting Children

“The parent child connection is the most powerful mental health intervention known to mankind.”

These words, often attributed to Bessel van der Kolk, are not just theory. They are truth lived out every single day in families across our communities.

Because when that connection is strong, a child feels safe. When a child feels safe, they begin to heal.
And when healing begins, hope is never far behind.

But the reality is this. Not every parent or carer feels equipped, supported, or understood. Many are navigating trauma, grief, anxiety and overwhelming challenges behind closed doors. Many are doing their absolute best, yet feeling completely alone.

That is where PACT Group Parents and Carers Together steps in.

We stand shoulder to shoulder with families.
We listen without judgement.
We support without conditions.
We walk alongside parents and carers through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Because no parent should feel like they are failing in silence.
No child should feel unseen, unheard or unsupported.
And no family should ever have to suffer alone.

PACT Group is more than a support network. It is a lifeline, a community and a place where understanding replaces isolation.

Together, we build stronger connections.
Together, we create safer spaces.
Together, we give families the strength to keep going.

Because when we support the parent, we protect the child.
And when we come together, we change lives.
