About This Website
Why I Started This Platform
This website was created in memory of my daughter, Chloe-Rose who died by suicide while I served away with the Army in April 2014. Her life continues to guide and inspire me every single day. Her memory is at the heart of everything I do here. Even in loss, we can build something meaningful and compassionate for others, and this space is my way of honouring her spirit.
Too many people feel unsure of where to turn when they are struggling. My aim is simple: to make sure support is easy to find. Whether someone needs encouragement, practical help, a place to talk, or just the reassurance that they aren’t alone, I want them to have somewhere to start. This platform exists to give the community choice, clarity, and hope.
Who I Am
I have spent over twenty years working across the military, civil service, and voluntary sectors. My background spans:
safeguarding
crisis management
mental-health advocacy
community development
supporting vulnerable families and individuals
I’ve helped create wellbeing hubs, led community projects, and worked closely with charities and frontline services. These experiences have taught me the value of empathy, resilience and connection. They are the foundation of this platform.
What This Means to Me
This project is deeply personal. It is not just a website; it is a legacy. It represents my commitment to ensuring others have the support and opportunities that Chloe-Rose deserved. I want no one to feel left behind, unseen or without direction.
This space will always remain open, welcoming, and filled with hope. Whether you are searching for help or offering it, you are part of the community that keeps this platform alive.
What This Website Does
This is a free sign-posting directory that brings together local and national organisations offering mental-health, wellbeing, social, community, family and support services.
It’s designed to be:
easy to search
open to everyone
updated regularly
accessible on any device
People can use it to find the right support quickly, and organisations can use it to reach the people who need them.
A Community-Led Directory
This website is built for the community and shaped by the community. Every organisation that joins strengthens the support network available to people in need. Every listing helps someone find their next step.
We do not promote one service over another.
We simply create a safe, neutral space where people can find reliable options in one place.
For Organisations: How to Join
If you run a service, charity, community group, or wellbeing project, you are welcome to join the directory.
You can:
submit your details through our online form
update your information any time
request edits or removal whenever needed
There is no cost to be listed.
Our only requirement is that your service genuinely supports the wellbeing of individuals or families and aligns with our community values.
