Please note Acton Village Hall yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday is £4 on the door no need to book just turn up on the day. Kingfisher and Hadleigh Leisure centre can be booked via the Abbeycroft Leisure App. Great Cornard Leisure Centre classes can be booked by contacting the centre.

Take some time for yourself with a gentle yoga practice designed to relax both the mind and body.
These calming classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you are completely new to yoga or have practised before. The sessions are gentle, welcoming and focused on helping you feel more relaxed, balanced and supported.
Mats and equipment are provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Classes are held every week at The Courtyard Retreat in Hadleigh.
Tuesday: 7pm to 8pm
Thursday: 9am to 10am
Each class lasts for one hour.
Classes are £10 per person, payable by cash or card on the day.

Yoga classes which include traditional Hatha physical practice with breathing practices and short meditations.

Suitable for adults & young adults. Each class is 75mins in duration and they take place every Wednesday at 10am and 7pm. Cost is £10 per class or £35 for 4 classes.
Mindfulness and wellbeing. Particularly beneficial for those experiencing anxiety, stress and depression.

I have a specialist chair that I can use, or clients can get comfy on their own chair.
I use reflexology waxes which soften the feet, smell lovely and help with the massage movement over the foot.
I can do hands or feet, some people do not like their feet touched and do not realise Reflexology can be done on hands as well as feet.
Reflexology can help with so many things. It is widely known to help with relaxation but that is only a tiny part.
It is impossible to list all the things it can help with but here are just a few:

Located in the heart of Hadleigh, Gee Pilates offers small-group mat and equipment Pilates classes designed to support mobility, strength, posture and overall wellbeing. As a fully comprehensive Pilates teacher with specialist training in back care and exercise referral, I welcome all ages and abilities and tailor exercises so each person can work at a pace and level that feels right for them.
In addition to studio classes, I also run a men’s-only session every Thursday at Hadleigh Old School on Bridge Street a supportive and accessible way to build strength, confidence and better movement.
